Description

Länsmansgården is a special accommodation with 4 departments for elderly people with various disabilities/illnesses and dementia diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant/care assistant with us, you will work person-centeredly to provide care, support, and perform activities based on individual needs to create a meaningful everyday life. You will also perform health and medical tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. You will be a contact person for one or more individuals, acting as a link between relatives and the resident, as well as establishing implementation plans. The job includes daily documentation in Pulsen Combine, planning together with the workgroup, and reporting to colleagues/nurses.

Qualifications

Nursing education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should be empathetic, flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible, and work well in a team. For you, all people should have equal value and be treated with respect.

Conditions

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The positions are located at Länsmansgården A and C, but cooperation between departments occurs. Employment requires the presentation of a criminal record extract (in an unopened envelope).
